Presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE reserves the right to exclude papers from publication, including in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, if the author does not present the paper at the conference.
