Assistant Professor. She got her bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering Dept., ITS Surabaya and took a join Master degree program, Master of Management from Bina Nusantara University and Master of Commerce in IS from Curtin University, Australia before getting a scholarship offer to have another master degree in Quality, Safety and Environment in Otto-von-Guericke Universitaet Magdeburg, Germany. She got a Professional Doctorate in Engineering from Mathematics for Industry Dept. Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Her research project in Strategic Workforce Planning landed her a job in Steptone/Lumesse, an HR solutions provider, in Dusseldorf, Germany as Business Analyst and then Product Manager. After her return to Indonesia in 2013, she joined Bina Nusantara University as Academic Assurance and Accreditation Specialist and is currently working as Academic Development and Assurance Manager for BINUS Business School.
